Terrible costumer service! They gave me a van with a fridge that wasn't working when not connected to 240v. When I called costumer service they said I either had to drive all the way back to Darwin, ruining my vacation, missing all the bookings I had for the following days, or I would have to go on without a fridge. I said I would go on without the fridge, expecting some form of compensation, but they said as I decided that way they would not compensate for the non-working fridge. I had to throw away fresh products I had bought and had to live for the next week without a fridge, ALTHOUGH I HAD PAID FOR IT!!!! Terrible company. They are not even cheap for the old van you get. The fridge was certainly more than 20 years old. Don't waste your money with them. 😡🤬
